Understanding Schedule 4 Requirements Course for Food Industry
Schedule 4 of the Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses), Regulations 2011 lays down the framework for General Hygiene and Sanitary Practices to be followed by Food Business Operators (FBO). This course helps you understand and implement the Schedule 4 requirements under the Act, whether you are running a food business or an employee.
Why this course?
As per Schedule 4 regulations, every Food Business Operator applying for licensing must have a documented Food Safety Management System Plan that complies with the Act. This training helps candidates in:
- Understanding the Schedule 4 requirements as laid down in the FSS (Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses) Regulations 2011
- Understanding how to create a Food Safety Management System Plan
- Making your food business audit ready by covering items in the FSSAI audit checklist per the latest updates/amendments

- Introduction to General Requirements on Sanitary and Hygienic Practices as defined by FSSAI

- Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Hygienic Practices, Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point and other such practices as per the FSS Act, 2006
