Deen Dayal Upadhayaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY)

Deen Dayal Upadhayaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) is a part of the National Rural Livelihood Mission under Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) tasked with the rural objectives of adding diversity to the incomes of rural poor families and cater to the career aspirations of rural youth. Amongst 52 identified sectors, Food processing has been recognised as a one of the promising sector where skilling can be done to generate livelihood.
