Training of Assessors
FICSI organizes Training of Assessors program in order to impart skills which will help an assessor to undertake competency based summative assessment.
The program covers orientation and assessment on domain and assessment skills within a period of 6 days.
There are two kinds of ToA model available for assessors
- ToA for Existing Assessor:An Existing Assessor must possess assessment experience of minimum 5 batches or at least 100 students along with other eligibility criteria set by FICSI. ToA model for an existing assessor covers assessment and certification on:
- Domain skill
- Assessment skill
- ToA for New Assessor:A new assessor is the one who is a new assessor or has less than 5 batches/ 100 students assessment experience. The new assessor must also meet eligibility criteria set by FICSI. ToA model for a new assessor covers orientation and assessment on:
- Domain skill
- Assessment skill
