Who Is An Apprentice

Incentives

  • Organizations can utilize their CSR funds to support apprenticeship training under NAPS.
  • CSR benefits are applicable for apprentices engaged beyond the mandatory 2.5% requirement.

Workforce Pipeline

  • Build a steady stream of skilled talent at the entry level.
  • Enables better selection for regular employment, with no obligation to hire apprentices permanently.
  • The apprenticeship route is cost-effective in the long run compared to traditional hiring models.
